The Executive Department utilizes their strong leadership skills to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, where everyone’s creativity is valued. Additionally, they appoint and manage chiefs for each department to enhance teamwork throughout the firm. In a world where many struggle with quality sleep, the executive team leads efforts to provide high-quality products that improve sleep and wake-up experiences.
Quality Control Department
Sofia Spyropoulos & Shafrin Rahman
The Quality Control Department is responsible for reviewing all written documents produced by each department for potential errors. Through their meticulousness they ensure that all documents produced are of the highest quality possible and meet all the requirements and regulations set.
Finance Department
Ryan Hu, Sunny Shi, & Julie Chen
The Finance Department plays a pivotal role in the organization by overseeing all aspects of financial management. Its responsibilities include developing and maintaining comprehensive budgets, ensuring timely payment of employee salaries, managing loans, tracking and controlling expenses.This department is essential for ensuring the company’s financial stability and fostering long-term growth through strategic fiscal planning and resource allocation.
Domestic Marketing Department

The Domestic Marketing Department connects EASE with clients and customers in order to provide quality sleep and comfort for all. They also engage with other firms and customers to help promote EASE’s products all over the U.S., as they use their skills to present the company with confidence and overall a clear way to success.
International Marketing Department

The International Marketing Department helps grow our brand globally through creating smart and culturally aware marketing strategies that connect with people from different countries. They aim to provide and foster strong relationships and provide great value to our customers, while staying flexible in a fast-changing world.
Human Resources Department

The Human Resources Department is responsible for managing and motivating all employees so that the company runs smoothly. They accomplish this through creating fair company policies and hosting engaging team-building activities.

The Analytics Department provides the firm with accurate data and statistics based on our clients’ purchase power. Through their strategic research they are able to provide a detailed market analysis related to the firm’s goals.

The Design Department strengthens EASE’s brand and client experience by creating visually appealing, user-focused designs that support the company’s goals. They ensure that all design elements—whether digital or print—are consistent, effective, and reflect EASE’s identity, helping the firm stay competitive in the market.

The Community Department is responsible for ensuring that EASE remains engaged and connected to the outside world. This department is dedicated to fostering inclusivity and collaboration by actively involving every member of the organization in meaningful initiatives. The department works to strengthen relationships, promote a sense of belonging, and enhance EASE’s presence and impact beyond the workplace.
